TIM BROCK, PRESIDENT/CEO - has been in the energy performance services field for over 13 years. Prior to that, he had more than 21 years experience in the building controls industry. Tim's experience includes ownership of The Conservation Group (TCG), a utility-based performance services company that held partnerships with both Custom Energy (a subsidiary of Kansas City Power & Light) and Coneco Corporation (TCG/Coneco). Tim then branched off to form Atlantic Energy, a non-utility based performance services company. Tim is also on the Board of Directors for NAESCO.
 
TERI RENNIE, ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR, PHR - Ms. Rennie has 8 years of Human Resources and Payroll background with several industry types. Her position prior to Atlantic Energy was as a Human Resources Consultant working with 40-50 small business clients. She focused on training owners and management how to strategize on growing their business while utilizing their employees resources. She is versed in benefits, employee relations, training and payroll. Her role with Atlantic Energy is to aid in streamlining administrative processes for the company. The company expects to rapidly grow its revenue and staff and wants to be fully prepared in its standard procedures.
 
TIM CASABONNE, OPERATIONS MANAGER - has over fourteen years experience coordinating large construction projects. Tim's experience with project management includes the Moriah UFSDs $1.9 million performance project and $8 million capital construction project. He has successfully managed numerous multi-technology energy projects for both private and public facilities throughout New York, Massachusetts and Michigan. Tim will be the Project Manager for your project, responsible for all daily aspects of the job including at least weekly site visits.
 
BILL MARZANO, DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING P.E. C.E.M - has over 14 years of experience with commercial and industrial energy auditing and development of comprehensive energy performance contracts. His specific expertise and experience ranges from the project capture phase through the design phase, including the development of technical aspects for proposals, scopes of work, operational intent documents, design intent documents, commissioning plans, measurement and verification plans, and investment grade audits. He is a Professional Engineer, licensed in New York State, who also holds credentials as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) through the Association of Energy Engineers. Bill will be responsible for preparing the Detailed Energy Audit for your project as well as providing all engineering support throughout the process.
 
GREG ROYER, SALES SUPPORT MANAGER - Mr. Royer has over 7 years experience developing large energy related construction projects. Mr. Royer's experience with project development includes the Hopatcong Public Schools $1.8 million performance project, Fortitech, Inc, and Fonda-Fultonville CSD to name a few. He has successfully developed numerous energy and technology related energy projects for both private and public facilities throughout New York, and New Jersey. With a background in network engineering Mr. Royer found the energy field to be a new and exciting area to explore. Quickly delving into all aspects of the business, Mr. Royer became extremely knowledgeable with, development, engineering, finance, build and all aspects associated with energy conservation.
 
DR. MICHAEL STILES, SENIOR ENERGY MANAGER, PhD, CEM - has 16 years of experience with commercial, residential, and industrial energy auditing and design. His expertise ranges from audit development through implementation and verification of conservation measures. Supporting this expertise is his experience with technical proposals, field crews, design intent documents, technical planning, and reporting. He holds three US patents in the field of solar energy and is the originator of multiple energy-related techniques and devices including building controls, indoor environmental control systems, and analysis models.
 
JULIE MILLER, ENERGY ENGINEER - has more than five years of experience in the energy conservation business. Julie has varied experience in both the utility environment and the private sector of the business. Julie is also responsible for the completion and coordination of all NYSERDA grant paperwork as well the Monitoring and Verification phase of the projects. Julie will be available for engineering support throughout your project as well as be responsible for Monitoring and Verification after construction is complete.
 
AHMED HASSAN, SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Mr. Ahmed Hassan has 3 years of experience in the field of energy conservation and the development of Energy Performance Projects. His role begins with the Development and implementation of a marketing plan in order to achieve Demand Side Management (DSM) savings targets for Atlantic Energy accounts; utilize as appropriate, face-to-face and other targeted communications with customers, project expeditors, consultants, and vendor allies. Develop preliminary project feasibility study and communicate finding to clients along with contract agreements. Manage the project team in the development of a Detailed Energy Audit and access detailed finding in respect to financial feasibility and ROI scenarios. Use economic analysis strategies to analyze different financial schemes and accounting for Economic variations and inflation, and develop successful financing strategies to best fit client needs and budget. Account for Capital Investments as possible leverage possibilities to best fit Atlantic Energy client needs. Furthermore, maintain and share expertise with all major prescriptive end-users targeted through the programs and finally actively represent the company in various national, regional, and professional organizations.
 
ERIN BROCK, OFFICE MANAGER - Erin's duties include managing and coordinating all day-today activities of the office, and performing administrative duties for all staff. Responsibilities may include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff and customer relations. As the job calls for it Erin has strong computer and internet research skills. Some of her traits include flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
 
DR. ALAN MCCARTNEY, COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE - Has a record of 30 years as School Superintendent in New York State, Experienced School System Administrator, Award-winning School Systems Lecturer and Consultant. Dr. McCarthy brings an outsider's point of view to all projects Atlantic Energy develops. With his long history as a school administrator he also brings a wide base of potential customers.
 
JOSEPH C. BERGER, CORPORATE COUNSEL - Mr. Berger is a partner in the firm of Berger, DuCharme, Harp & Clark, LLP in Clifton Park, NY. He concentrates his practice in the area of business law, employment law and litigation. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. He is also admitted to practice in the following federal district courts: Northern District of New York, Western District of New York, District of Connecticut and District of Vermont. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York State and Saratoga County Bar Associations. Mr. Berger received his J.D. from Fordham University.
